OZ Opera II
They're probably 5X112. Can't use wobble bolts because the Altima doesn't use wheel bolts, it has studs. Looks like you either need to re-drill the wheels or buy adapters. Its a very small difference so i'd go to a few wheel shops and see if they can drill them for you.

thanks, but id rather use adapters then re-drill them. the guy is selling them for $200 in fair condition. i mean im still looking, but i also am looking at a set of 18x8 Work Eurolines with a shallow 45 offset. they are my bolt pattern but i would need spacers. they are great condition and come with 215/45/18 tires.

You can purchase PCD variation NUTS at LWT; see link: PCD Variation (Wobble) Lug Nuts,12x1.50 Threadpitch-Set-Zinc Plated-Conical Seat
Might be a good alternative than having to buy adapters... more inexpensive at least. I'm trying to do the same thing by putting 5x112 wheels on a 5x114.3, but most OEM audi/bmw/MB wheels use ball lug seats in lieu of conical lug seats, as provided with the PCD variation nuts... the good thing is that most aftermarket wheels use conical lug seats.... GL!!
