  • Rotiform?

I've tried calling them for the past two days, and sent e-mail, but haven't gotten a reply. Trying to get a quote on redrill and possible refinish. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

    Thanks,

    -Ben

Same story here- never replied to my e-mail a couple weeks ago. I have better things to do than bug a company to take my money... they're not the only ones doing this kind of work.

I'd give them a small break. They recently moved to a new building, they are in the midst of hiring new people. The demand for their products has risen fast enough to cause them to be playing catch up. Not a bad thing if you are a relatively new company!

Plus, they seem to be slowly phasing themselves out of the rebuilding wheels business. They seem to be focusing mainly on selling their own wheel designs.

Plenty of companies that can redrill or refinish. wheelflip, vrwheels, flossdesigns, apt9 wheels, etc. Those shops specialize in wheel refinishing. Much more so than Rotiform.

        Lamsv,

Thanks for the info. I am not in their area and wasn't aware of their move. Also, thanks for the info on other possible sources. I e-mailed wheelflip this morning!

I haven't used wheelflip for any services, but I sold Alex who works at wheelflip some suspension parts. Good dude.
