ideal size? e28 + style 5

currently rebuilding a set of style 5's for my e28.
deft. will be lookin to tuck and get the car as low as possible.
just want to know the ideal tire size i should go for. would much rather have stretch over elastic band look

Style 5s come in many different sizes and offsets from 7x14 to 9x18. So...
