Help with tires!

Aloha everyone,

Just ordered custom designed Watercooled IND, really stoked.

18x10 for fronts
18x10.5 for rears

I want killer stretch on these but feeling like my options are limited. Here's what I've been looking at:

215/35 and 225/35 in Yokohama S Drive
215/40 and 225/40 in falken 453

Any thoughts? Read some old stuff saying Yokos don't stretch the best so will the falken stretch better even w/ the increased size? Any other recommendations?

Any tire will stretch if you properly prep it while mounting. Will different brands "stretch better"...probably. Personally I don't slack on the most important part of my car. (Where the rubber meets the road, if you will). With that being said different brands will run wider or smaller. Check out http://www.tyrestretch.com ; it'll point you in the right direction. My advice, mount the wheels when you get them for a proper test fit and figure out how much meat you can run while still pulling off the substantial stretch you're looking for.
