Klutch wheels made by Räderwerks? Opinions?

For the past few days I have been looking at reviews and opinions on Klutch wheels, because I am going to buy a set in a few days.
I saw someone saying on a forum that the Klutch wheels are actually made by Räderwerks.
Personally I haven't heard of that brand before...

So, my question is, does anyone know if that's true?
And does anyone have any experience with Klutch or Räderwerks wheels?
