E21 ftiment?

First off, I am a completely new to this...
So, I have tried to research a bit, but everyone is using different sizes.

I want to fit 16" rims on my E21.
I am going to lower it and I can roll the fender.
What size/fitment rims should be good?

After some researching I found two E21s with a setup I like.
Those used these two different sizes:

16x8.5 ET12
16x9 ET6

16x8 ET4
16x9 ET4

Because I am a noob at this, I don't know what size I should get...
All help/tips are welcome!

As I said in my previous post, I already did some research and I know that 16" is the 'best' choice for an E21.
But what J en ET is best for a lowered E21 with rolled fenders?
I found a lot of different answers to that question via Google.
So I hoped to find a E21 owner that could tell me what is ideal.
