  • I need STANCE please

Well as some of you might know by now I sold my M3 and purchased an E39 that I like I was thinking to do a regular lowered setup but after having a stanced car I can only say that I love the look. So I have a new set of wheels for the car and some lowering goodies the car is a 99 e39 with sports package. Im thinking of lowering the front 2.1 on lowtech springs with koni shoks and 1.5 in the rear. I will also Be putting some BBS style 101 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 the fronts will have 215/35/19 and the rears 245/35/19. The wheels are 20 offset front and 35 in the rear so after measuring a lil I think I can pull off a 5mm offset all around. I think it will be a tight fit but it will work. If someone has some imput or feed back on this please let me know. I LOVE STANCE

      Only a 5mm spacer?
Afaik, don't take me on this. You will need about a 20mm spacer, and some stretched tires. Rolled fenders and a nice drop, No idea if the springs are enough.

I would recommend if you would truly want a "stanced" car, that you will buy coilovers, then measure it.
And you should look up Pavel on here, he has a bad ass e39. Don't know if you are willing to go that low and wide. Or that he will give you any of his magical tips and tricks.
To get the car to his stage, is more then just "slapping" on some coils and wheels. There is a lot of work behind cars like that.

By saying - Then measuring it, i mean what size spacers you will be needing, to have the wheels sit flush/poked/tucked where ever you want them to sit.
