Trafficstar DTX are there stepped lips available?

As long as you're aware a step lip would increase their size by an inch, yes of course it's possible!

So I'd have 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 instead of 19x8.5 and 19x9.5!

Who's to say it isn't going to happen! I already know I can run 19x9.5 fronts if I wanted to and with minor modification in the rear I could run the 19x10.5's!

So, the real question? Where would one even find those outer lips?

they are also pretty good welded. making them welded 3 piece. or 2 piece. i have a set in 20" myself and I'm going to make mine 3 piece.
