filling and re drilling question

Is it safe to fill and re drill wheels that have been filled and re drill to different specs?

Let's say I have some wheels that they were original 5x112 and They were filled and re drilled into 5x100. Is it safe to fill them and re drill them back to 5x112?

It's possible but I don't think any shop would want that kind of liability.
