E30 CCW setup help

Looking into building a CCW wheel setup for my new e30 vert. Don't want an overly aggressive setup, just something that will clear future coilovers and not rub much when I lower it.

I'm thinking:

17x7 with 1.5" lip in the front et 20
17x8.5 with 3" lip in rear et 25

recommendations helpful on above setup along with tire sizes.
