Advice Needed - Convert 20'' Carlsson 2/6 to 3 piece

So I have been trying to sell my wheels relatively unsuccessfully thus far, so am debating just trying to convert them to 3-piece and giving them a nice deep step lip.

My question(s) are:

1. Is it possible to take these faces, get some 20'' barrels and lips and rebuild them? Does the fact that the bolts have gaps where the spokes are as they go around the wheels cause an issue? Still possible to seal them into 3 piece wheels?

2. If the answer to 1 is true, any idea where lips and barrels could be sourced, or who could potentially take on the job? MemoryFab? SpinFab? Rotiform?

Hi. These have a small step, correct?
It may be possible to make these into 3 piece, it depends on the dimensions of the face. The spokes are threaded on the back, yes?

I'd first measure the faces, then look around and see what lips are compatible.

Those are 3/6, OZ made them. I think they come in 18", but not larger.
