are 16" and 17" BBS RS faces the same size? meaning if i'm looking for BBS RS 178's (17"), i can broaden my search by also including BBS RS 020 or 025 (16")? thank you for any guidance you can provide.

Short answer - no.

what are you looking to do with the set? If you want 178s, as said these are 17" wheels with 16" faces... so yes any 16" face (other than rs003) would fit inside the lip and barrel.sigpic

i guess i should have named this thread "bbs rs noob questions".
i want to buy lips/barrels to make the following specs:
17X8 0 offset or 4.5" BS
17X10 0 offset or 5.5" BS
or, i'll nut up and go a little wider with:
17X9 -10 offset or 4.6" BS
17X11 -12 offset or 5.5" BS
could you please help me figure out what size lips/barrels i need to buy for both set ups?Comment
