Got a quote for $155 today from a local shop to get the bend taken care of. Awrswheelrepair in Austin. Does that sound reasonable?
I started on the bolts today. Ive got a whole set of 100 bolts so enough for 5 wheels, I figure I'll do them all up for OCD purposes... The other 4 wheels have been finished all the way but they have aftermarket black chrome bolts. I want to get these bolts black as well and keep all the BBS branding. My thinking is powder might be too thick and I'll loose the BBS logo on each bolt... Any suggestions? Thanks for the insight.

$155 is about right. if they have the right equiptment.
Hopefully they dont just have some hammers and pull bars and straighten on a tire machine. There is actually s specialized press we had while I worked at Pro-rim repair in Virginia Beach that could get everything except center bends out.78 GMC Sierra Grande AKA "Black Betty"-Bagged, chopped, stupid.

Would you pay $75 for someone to stick it on a mounting machine heat it up and bend it back or $1500 for somenone who has a machine the wheel bolts to, spins it, uses hydraulic rams to pus the bend out and then measures the tolerance?78 GMC Sierra Grande AKA "Black Betty"-Bagged, chopped, stupid.

Anyway, it comes down to what's available to the OP. There are shops out there who do great work for fair prices.
