C4 Vette blades on a 93 Honda Accord? Tire size? Adapters?

Hey guys have not seen anyone really attempt this but I came across a set of vette blades for dirt cheap and was thinking about putting them on the accord. I know I need the 4x100 to 5x120 adapters, but was not having any luck finding any online maybe I was just looking in the wrong spot but if any of you know where I can get a set let me know please. Also wasn't to sure about what size tire to run. I have heard that I should run 225/40/17 all the way around but on some VW and other cars iv seen ran 115/40 on the front and 225/40 in the rear... just kind of wanted to know some options and feed back from some of you experienced guys who might have ran the vette blades at one point in time. You would need 4x114.3 to 5x120, the Accord is not 4x100.

Sawblades may be a bit too large for the CB7, consider the 16" salad shooters. Both can be found pretty cheap.
