Oz bolts for center cap

I recently bought some hartge carlssons from a private party and the bolts that hold the center cap in place are bent (all four). So I found some allen metric bolts in home depot but I was wondering if there was a site or place where I can buy the specific bolts that oz made for its center caps. I want them because they also works as lock so thieves won't have it easy to steal either your center caps or wheels.

Are these bolts the ones that are female cylindrical on the inside with an offset hole for a pin? If so, MAE is marketing the classic Crown Jewels again, which were built by OZ. They may be able to hook you up with parts.

That said, it's a shitty design, and I would consider something less irritating to work with if it were me. Tamper-resistant Torx like the gentleman above suggested would be a good pick.
