  • Tire help decision.

I currently run 265/30/22 and am looking for more stretch/poke. I am poking like 3mm's right now, with 25mm adapters, however I want to get 30MM adapters for more poke, and its time to upgrade the tires. I don't know if I want a 255/30 or a 245/30? I'm on a 10" wide wheel and I'm afraid that if I go with 245/30 it'll look like rubber band or if i go with 255/30 it'll rub like crazy and it'll really look the same as 265/30. My fenders are already rolled and pulled and I still rub.

Help me out, I need to come up with something by tonight so I can order it.

I've never seen a closeup pic of your car but it looks like youre really flush as in no more space unless you raise up a bit, or more camber if that's even possible with your car, also your tires profile is really low as is, maybe a 245, 35 to get a little height and more side clearance for more poke? Need side closeup pictures

Well, here is pics when I put coils on.

it settled another half an inch almost, and now it's like this all around.

And yes you are right, we can not camber these cars.

I'm pretty sure 245 35's on a 10" will work here, theres space for improvement for what I can see in the pics, but these skinny tires will not last long at all with that HEMI in there if that's a bad thing

Damn it. 245/35's will look the same as 265/30's though? There will be no stretch really. =/
245/30's are kinda thin but it wuold stretch and I can get more poke (after adding adapters).

Fuc. Thanks man, I gotta think about this and order some shit tomorrow.

I dont think they would look the same since there would be more stretch making it look almost like a 30 series, 235 on a 10 would definatelly be stretched and 235 30 is just rubberband silly

Just got some 245/30's. Should be here this week. IT should drop me 1 inch lower overall, plus I'll drop the car another half an inch in the rear and an inch in the front. =] Can't wait!
