Oz mitos question

i currently have a set of 4 mitos 2pcs 17x8.5 et 13.... im trying to convert them to 3pcs but my question is how do i figure out the offsets before i build the rims. im also trying to figure out what lips i should get i currently have 6" barrels. id like to do 17x10 all around so im assuming i need a 4" lip but what would my offset be?
