I am getting new 16" wheels this summer for my Integra and I don't know which tires out of these two I should get. I will be running a very minor stretch on a 7" wheel I am thinking a 195 on there. So with that says what size should I get?

You mean what brand you should get right?
Ive never try'ed 452's, tho i ran Proxes T1r's and luuuuved them. If i where to buy again, and had those choices, i would with out a doubt get Proxes again.
Not trying to talk bad about 452's but Ive heard some horror stories, weak sidewalls, keep bubbling, etc etc. tho they run really narrow, witch is good when you need some stretch, and they are cheep.-Instagram@jdjurhuus

They are quiet.
Comfort, who carestho they are good, i liked it better when i was running 215/35, then when i was running Sumitomo 235/40.
And the grip is very good as well, had a hard time spinning the tires with Toyo's compared to the Sumitomo's.-Instagram@jdjurhuus

T1-R > 452s
I have two complete sets of 452s and the sidewall bubbled on me, I would NEVER buy those tires again. As far as the T1-Rs, my friends s4 has them and they are worth every penny.

452s seem to bubble somewhat easily and can have issues with sidewall/tread separation. I've run Toyo T1Rs and they're a little loud but great tires. I love my Falken 512s for everyday driving though

195 is not stretched on a 7in wheel, so if your looking for stretch i would reconsider your tire sizes or your wheels.
I loved my 452's. They are loud but not obnoxious, but if you cant stand a bit of tire noise, your in the wrong game. I've never had a bubbling issue and i was running -4deg of camber in the front and I literally set my toe by eying it. I ran those tires into the ground down to the metal threads without a single issue, even with low tire pressure. I've gone through two complete sets already, and I'm about to go on my third with my new wheels. I like them so much that when i heard from a few people that they had problems i was shocked.
512's are a great tire if you can find them, and i haven't heard of any issues like the 452

I've driven two sets of FK452s so far. I loved them.
They were a bit loud, but not too loud. Tread wear was okay. They were very sticky, really loved how they rode.
Sizes I drove were 205/40/17 on 8x17 and 225/35/17 on 9.5x17 on my old sedan and 215/40/17 on 8x17 all around on my dad's Ti when it was still on 17s.
