  • Share experiances with: Stretched Nankang NS II's

    Hello everyone,
Did some searching around and couldnt find anything looking for folks to share there experiance with this brand. Info on how strong the side wall is/road noise/ tread wear (with or without camber) any air leaking? problems balancing? etc etc. I did some searching outside this forum only to find/read pretty good things abt them. I am looking to run 225/40/18 on a 18x9.5 and a 245/40/18 on a 18x11. Please share your info here!

    thanks in advance guys!

    Cesar

FYI: i know there are other brands to consider. But i dont think there enough shared info on this particular brand. So please share with everyone

Im interested also, because they are cheap, considering buying them in 215 35 18 for a 8.5 wheel,

We run them on 2 cars... or will run, as they're only currently on one of them, for my Touring I still have to mount them, but I will run the same ones.

          215/35/18 on 8x18 and 9x18.

They ride fine, a bit on the firm side due to the low profile, but they're fine. They're a bit weak on wet pavement, but in the dry they're fine.

They stretch pretty good. No idea about thread wear as of yet as we've only run them for a few months on the 323ti. Road noise is okay, you do hear them, but they're way quieter than my old Falken FK452s I had on my previous car.

No problems with leaking air or balancing, all went perfectly.

I had these tires stretched 215/40R17 on 17X9.5j. They were great! I beat the hell out of them too considering I drifted on them front and rear. Fronts they did good, not amazing grip but good. Rears wore again good not great but good. But for the money I will be buying them again. They feel great on the expressway and everything too. Great tires for the money in my opinion!!!

that's what I run, and I swear by them. The tred wear is awesome, and they are awesome for stretching. In these pics I have them on 18x9/10 with 215/40 f and 225/40 r

and this is the same 225 on a 9.5"

Id personally go with the 225 on the 9.5 but it really depends on the clearance that you need, im going with 215 35 front on a 8.5 mainly because i refuse to use a 205, too skinny for my taste

Will the ns2 stretch as good as Falken's on a 8"x17" wheel?
