Where can i buy work meister s1 lips

Hi guys i'm looking for outer lips for my work meister s1 wheels 18" 3p design
so they are 36bolts and fit only for this specific wheel
ive asked few places and in work usa thay told me 720$ for pair plus shipping over seas so it seams to me quite expensive.
Can anyone point me in the direction where i can buy 3.5" outer lips?
custom new, used etc
i have the dimetions of the lip-rotor to give the manufacturer

I believe all work wheels use the same lips as they have the same amount of holes? could be wrong maybe give this place a call.

equip/vsxx are not steped lips, and if i remember correct 40bolt patern
