Radius S4 wheels - new lips?

First post here after lurking for years. I picked up a set of, what appears to be, semi rare Italian wheels (Radius S4) and I cannot seem to find anyone that makes a 30-hole lip that I can use with these. Anyone that might be able to custom drill some? I've attached a pic of the for reference. I still haven't torn them apart, but its on the list of things to do. Does anyone have some insight that might steer me in the right direction? I've already reached out to a few companies here stateside with no luck.

Enha.eu from Germany along with a few others does pretty much custom everything - just ain't sure about shipping to the states, I reckon they do though.
