Which part to use to make 18" 3-piece style 5?

I have seen this combo somewhere here on SW, and wonder what parts to use to make this conversion? To make 3-piece 18" style 5, or rc090 or whatever they are called Are the barrels and lips for this custom, or is there something that fits without much trouble?

pattrick02 had a set for sale, Hybrid For Life had them on his e46 contact them for informations.

machined faces, custom barrels, custom stepped lip to 18". Depend if your starting with a 18" set.

If you're starting with a 18" set, you could also machine the wheels down to act as barrels, you you'd only have to source lips.
