How to strip fikse lips

Any of you guys have recomendations for stripping the lips of fikse fm10's? The set I have has the oem powder coat clear on them and I've tried the same stripper I had used when I stripped my style 5's but that didn't touch them. It just lightly etched the coating. If any of you guys have ideas they would be greatly appreciated!

Powder coating shops will usually remove it for you. they have alkaline strippers and other methods of removing it.

Gel based brush-on aircraft stripper didn't work? Sand blast them.

The stuff I used wasn't actually aircraft stripper, but that has been ordered now so hopefully that will be strong enough. I just figured if what i had worked on the style 5's it should work on the fikse's but that clearly wasn't the case.

Sand blasting will leave pitting that you will have a hard time removing in the polishing process

Yeah we were gonna buy a sandblaster but decided against it for that exact reason this past weekend.
