Help, BMW E46 sport touring, 17/18/19 inch alloys?

Hey guys, struggling to decide what size wheels to fit to my E46 sport touring, deep dish 17's? Concave staggered 19's? Oem or something totally different?

I'm more than happy to roll/stretch/beat/smash/repaint the arches :-D

It will be dropped on coilovers!
