I went to go look at this set of style 5s the other day, the wheels are in good condition with minimal curb rash but one of the wheels have a bend in them. The seller wants $600 with tires, tires are in alright condition. What would you value these at?

That's the going rate nowadays but that one has a moderate bend on it. Offer $450
