painting faces

Hey guys have a set of work vsxx and i wanted to paint the faces and change my bolts without removing the tires and having to rebuild them. Is it possible, like releasing air from the tires and just changing the bolts and removing the faces? Thanks guys.

i wanted to go with paint, but mostly trying to see if its possible to remove the faces with out having to completely take them apart.

You can always try but if the front and rear hoops separate at all, they'll need to be resealed.
