Is there a difference between 16" and 17" OZ Futura centers with 35 holes?

Come on, don't be a retard. Read the question that he is/was asking. He's asking if the CENTERS are different between the 16" version and 17" version.

For your information some BBS RS share the same CENTER between 16" and 17" versions. Even the 18" RS "the holy grail" uses the 17" Center.

Do you mind sharing the metric diameter of the smaller 16" futura face? Interested in knowing if it'll work for what I want to do with it

I am back, just measured both centers, i would say that the diameter of the 16" center is 33.5cm, and the diameter of the 17" is 36.5cm. (have in mind that i am measuring the diameter of the mounting surface - between the holes/bolts, from the center to one of the bolts x2, refer to the picture)
