Which BBS Wheel is this?






Hello all,

First post-- thought you guys would be the one who'd know

I am thinking about refinishing these wheels. It is claimed that this is RS2. I've known some of the original RS as well as RS 2 but these aren't like them being 2-piece construction with cap bolts (may not be the right term) joining the face and the barrel. It certainly looks like a RS2, but it's got a dish, which is rather rare, and the type and location of the fasteners in relation to the spoke positions are different too.

Have you guys seem these before? if so, please enlighten as to what these rims are. Could these be just a replica?

specs are 17x9, 5x114.3, ET35 and ET50.

The other set sort of looks like a Lorinser LO wheels and those Carat wheels look like they have MAE crown jewel centercaps

Yeah I thought Lorinser but do not think they are. Lorinser's have straight parallel spokes but these come with mesh-like spokes.

I haven't heard of Carat's before and we have bought both sets out of curiosity more than anything else. We will have them shipped soon and this is when hopefully we will be able to answer all questions. Once they here they will get fully refurbed before hitting the classifieds.

Does anyone know what these are?

I know they are OZ wheels.

Specs are 4x100 15x6.5 i think +37 offset.
