Since it is a 114.3 pcd, you(or the next owner) can drill 3 more holes and use them on his/hers 510/AE86/SomethingElseRWDJapanese.

My buddy has a Z we could possibly try, but he is currently only at about 8" zero offset.

it is visible from the back that it's originally 5x100 and redrilled to 4x100

I wouldn't say they are redrilled, probably the casting originally made for 5 hole PCD.
