Federal Tires...are thry good quality??

I know a lot of people on here use them in cuz they are easier to stretch than other tires, but before I buy a set for my M-Pars, I would like to know how they are for a daily driver? The tires will go on my M-Pars if decide not to sell them. I'm stretching them on some 18x8 and 18x9.5 MPars. My main concern is how they handle themselves in the rain and daily driving duties....the prices on them dont seem bad either.

Any input you guys can give will help out.

I would google reviews on the specific model you plan on purchasing. There is a plethora of information on all of their stuff.
