Need some advice on wheels

Hey, first off, I'm really bad at this stuff + math so, please bare with me.

Right now I have this car with AC Schnitzer 17 reps with okay rubber, but they're reps and not very good. I can get these one piece Zender star 16x7. The idea is to put some tyres on them and polish them up and maybe sell them in the future. Then I'm gonna trade the reps for these, which is maybe the most standard wheel to the E34 but I like them. I'm gonna pay about 500€ between.

Opinions? Is this worth the money/time? What tyres should I have on the Zenders? Or should I put all available money on fixing the little rust the car has?

I can get the shipped for 850. What kinda tyres do I need for them though? I have 15mm spacers front and 20mm spacers back also.
