Zender Turbos - powdercoat or paint??

Hey folks, I just bought a set of Zender Turbos and they are in great structural condition without any serious rash etc, but I'd love to get them re-painted in white and have the Zender badge done in red. I have been scouring the internet but haven't found a definitive answer as to whether to go paint or powdercoat. The wheels would need blasting to get rid of the old shitty peeling finish first but I don't know which to go with after that. The best quote I have had so far to get everything done including the red badge is $460AUD, the place is apparently very good.

I'm in Sydney, Australia if anyone knows of someone near me that could help.

Also, does anyone know what these wheels usually go for in better condition? They are 15x7 et20 and all have the original metal centre caps.

I know this thread is old as shit now but I thought people might be interested to see how they turned out. Ended up going with the powder coat, guy did a top job with the lettering.
