Can anyone identify these wheels?

And maybe the details on the tire you think he's running. I know they look like Cobra R's but they're not them...atleast I don't think so.

I decided to go with these....if I can ever find the damn things

They are Work Equips - 3 piece wheel. No longer in production... But you can find these used.
