What Compomotive wheels are these?

Just got hold of these split rims, anyone know what model they're called? shitty phone pics:

not sure on the offset, think I worked them out to be +4 front and -4 rear but I could be totally wrong, the fronts are 13x9 rears 13x10

They are cx500 but with the wierdest drilling pattern I've seen. They were primarily 5 lug which is why the pattern doesn't line up properly.
