A few BBS RS questions!

Hey people! I am looking at a set of late 80s 15 inch BBS rs wheels, I'll include a picture at the end. Since I am not a super knowledgeable wheel person, I would love to know what to look out for, as in damage, warping, or bends etc. Anything you know, even if it's just a sentence, I would love to hear .
Also, if I was to swap out the lips for a larger set, could I expand them to 16s? Are there reasonably priced ways to increase the circumference? I am in the New England area, please do tell me your favorite wheel shops and places that do trustworthy work...
I have asked for more pictures, the seller has contacted me and told me that he is out of town till Thursday, so I won't have the pictures, or a chance to look over the wheels until then!

Those are "not" BBS RSs, those wheels are BBS RA that usually came on VWs or BMWs. These wheels are also the 1 piece kind, which means that you can't widen them, unless you spend big bucks to a shop.
