    3pc Assembly question..

    So I have a set of Work RD's I am refinishing for a friend( i previously refinished them when I owned them)

    However after sandblasting them and powdercoating... the faces do not want to go back together... the setup on these is...

    Face bolts from behind(inner barrel) and the lip bolts on top... however the face wont slide through as intended... I tried sanding the sides that must slide through to get it to fit, and it still wont fit...

    Any pointers on this? I can post pictures if needed. Thanks in advance

    PC needs to be taken off all edges that contact inner diameter of lip/barrel. Then just turn everything upside down and stand on it. Its all a very tight fit for a reason. All the wheels I have done have required some force to get them to fit together.
    There will always be someone driving something nicer than yours. Just don't park next to that guy!

      Roger that, thank you! I'll give this a shot. just worried about scuffing the face surface while doing so
