                      There are dozens of shops that will machine whatever you want.
                      What they are doing is not unique or new, its been around for decades.

                                That's probably the most involved one I've seen. Most don't weld anything.

                                Learn more about machining and the answers will come. If you know the right questions to ask, shops are happy to take the work. I've seen several in-progress pictures posted, so the information is available if you look.

                                After asking about their equipment, a local wheel shop here was interested in taking on a conversion project when I approached them last year. It's pretty easy work if you know what to ask for.
