Widening Rial Daytona Race Wheels

I have a set of 19" Rial Daytona Race wheels I want to widen. Unfortunately, Tunershop is the only retailer I have found for the 4" outer lips and their prices are nearly $500 per lip! I want to explore custom building the lips and use TS as a last resort if I am unsuccessful in my search, therefore I need help with the following:

1) Does anyone know the "center bore" of the face (the area the face would drop into)?
2) What are the outer lips made of, from the factory: aluminum or stainless steel?

I measured out the center bore for the face to be 15.5" but I need to find suppliers for the aluminum lips.
