What is a good size?

So I'm planning on selling my style 5s soon and most likely without the 205/40 tires. I wanted to know if I could put them on the 9.5" wheels I'm getting soon? I talked to some guy today at a show and said he thinks it is going to de-bead a lot? Is this true? If so what do you guys recommend ?

Alriht thanks guys! The shop I go to is some Mexican tire shop and I recently found out the have a cheetah blaster! Hopefully that will get them in place. What's a good pressure for a stretch like that ?
