Tire size for 16x8.5s for an E36

Well i am stuck between two tire sizes that i want to run on the 36.

205/40
195/50

Now, a 205/40 will give the the strech i need BUT i think the profile is too small.
A 195/50 will give me on OK strech i guess from what ive seen on Tyrestrech but not enough for the poke that i have




I am asking you guys becuase i want to reassure my self that 205/40s will give me the right stretch and not be super low profile for the e36

yeah 205 40s will give you a nice stretch, not too short in height though if you have a decent drop.
