Does anyone know if 18x9.5 offset 22 will fit or can be fitted to a e28. I do not mind taking a baseball bat to the fenders.

Also, I know this has been discussed before. I am trying to avoid the big cost of Ground Control coil-overs. I have been looking for springs and have found H&R, Dinan and Ground Control threaded adjustable springs. Any ideas of which would be best, would be helpful. I do not want to have to raise my engine, but still want to go as low as possible. In fact, does anyone know how low I can go without the need to raise the engine. I have heard 2in. is max.

    This is a daily driver.

    Thanks

Thats stock E28 fitment pretty much. I ran 18x9.5 et13 with no issues. My fenders are dominated but my car is also on the ground.

      Thanks Mike.

What would you do about the suspension. Like I said I do not want to have to raise my engine. I do want to go lower. My car is sort of a beater, it needs paint badddd, but it has character. Looking for some springs that go lowest and not break the bank. I had been looking for euro bumpers and then your car has given me inspiration. I will probably go with a front replica Alpina spoiler or Hartge and just take off the front bumper. I do not want to cut the springs cause this is a daily and I got wife and kids, so want to avoid the "bounce".
