TSW Varifit vibration help

Hey Everyone

On my daily I have some TSW varifit wheels, only have 4 holes but theres a disc inside that rotates to accommodate various PCD's, I have had the wheels balanced but I get big vibration when travelling over 110km/h, anyone have any experience or tips with these varifit things or advice to eliminate vibration?

what is this disc? and are the wheels hub centric ? do you use hub rings?

I do have hub rings on, these discs rotate so like I currently have them at 4x100 but if I rotate them around they can be 4x108 or 4x114 or whatever, I out in hub centric rings yesterday and it's already better, but still not 100%, does anyone know if theres a way that you lock the discs into place for 4x100 fitment?
