40 hole lips

Looking for lips for some 17x8.5 PIAA wheels.The stock lips are 40 hole rather shallow depth would like to go with a 9 or 9.5 width to correct the rather high 40 offset. Would like to go used on the lips if possible. Is there a source for these?
