Yo man, pretty sure they are m7x32.

As far as resealing everyone will tell you something different. 100% silicone I've been told works best, I've also used bathroom/plumbers caulk before too.

Mine are M8. As stated, it depends when they were built.

Lol m8?! That's crazy. Work wheels USA and wheel flip said most meisters are m7, and possible to do m6. Well if someone wants to buy new bolts they are fine with m7x32mm.

Sealant is one of those things where the answer will always be different depending on who you ask. I have always used GE silicone II with no problems.

QFT x2, I have used the same GE stuff and never had a problem.

when you guys re-seal 3pc wheels, did you all shave down on the powdercoating, or paint on the mating surfaces, of did you just lay the silicone down over the pait/powdercoat and bolt them together?
                      I haz 4 wimz. need 4 more.

I should clarify, the bolt head is M8 but the thread is M7x30

On mine where the silicone was applied the area was masked off from powdercoat. I believe the barrels come from the factory with some sort of coating.

for meisters, the faces are rear mounted so you can powdercoat the entire face, it won't touch the silicone.

Now whether applying it on top of paint or powdercoat will affect the seal, I doubt it will, but I could be wrong. It might not be a bad idea to rough up the surface a little to help it stick.

So the whole point of that is to help adhesion. Not necessarily to help the air tight seal?

I was taught to never put silicone on any mating surfaces. With that being said, I always torque down my bolts then run my bead of silicone.
