Barrel options for Style5/style19

I've been reading and searching and it seems that basically there are only 17x8 and some rare 17x9 barrels for style5&19.

Also are the 18inch style5's on a different center or would the barrels swap onto style19 centers?

Lastly, it seems that no other wheel lips and barrels fit these centers, so does anyone make custom pieces for these? I can machine the center with a rear lip to convert to 3-piece.
