Transfering streched tires to another rim?

Hi i have a set of stretched 205/40r tires on 17x9.5 with 90% tread left. I want to transfer these tires to another set of rims. Is this possible and safe? Thanks

Well since it took like 60 psi to get the tires to bead I didn't know if taking them off and putting them on a other rim would weaken the sidewall or affect the bead. Will it fit on ok since its already stretched?

Stretching doesn't do anything to the tires except change the appearance. It would be exactly the same thing as remounting a regular tire.
