  • Best way to clean loctite off bolts?

I am refurbing a set of style 5s for a friend and I need to clean the loctite off the bolts. What is the best way to go about this without messing up the finish on the head? What chemicals would work best, because they spent 3 days in the parts washer and I really dont want to put a lot of effort into this. Also was are the torque specs on the bolts. Thanks in advance.

I used vinegar on my style 19 bolts. That cleaned the loctite right off. Maybe put just the threads in vinegar??

23 in/lbs is the torque spec I believe.
