  • Help calculating wheel offset after relipping

I was looking at buying a second hand pair of VS-XX's that are 18x7.5 +45.
They already have a 37mm lip according to work's site so I was wondering what the offset would end up being if I were to relip the wheels bringing the total width to either 8.5, 9 & 9.5.
I've tried calculating it but I'm not sure if I'm right so yeah.

    Thanks

according to that, if you leave the lip size the same and just widened the wheels it would be. 8.5et+57, 9.0et+64, 9.5et+70

Forgot to mention I want to make the wheels wider by getting bigger outer lips

All you need to know. Have fun.

        +1" lip = -12.7mm offset
        +.5" lip = -6.35mm offset
        -.5" lip = +6.35mm offset
        -1" lip = +12.7mm offset

        +1" barrel = +12.7mm offset
        +.5" barrel = +6.35mm offset
        -.5" barrel = -6.35mm offset
        -1" barrel = -12.7mm offset

*edit, there are plenty of stickies, go look at them before you ask questions.
