Clear coat over polished aluminium

So is there some nice clear coat, that will go over the polished aluminium?
The problem is the wheels will be used in winter times, and the clear (lackspray) i got comes off just too easy..
Any suggestions?

P.S: Im in Europe, would be nice to know about things i can actually buy here

I have some sealant that I use you apply it every 8-12 months works like a charm....let me find the website for you
