Fitment Help for a 07 X3 (e83)

Looking at buying some staggered LM reps for my e83 but having trouble. Found some but the seller highly discouraged me from doing it, 20x10 et35 rear 20x8.5 et37 http://bit.ly/Pw37O3 here is the eBay link. Told my that these will not clear the calipers and will need spacers, any thoughts and help will be greatly appreciated

Don't forget that x3 has 74.1 hub ( as e39)

thanks I found that a couple models have the same center bore but the bolt thread is M12 vs M14 on the e83. If the thread is pitch is different will that effect the diamater of the bolt holes? Also if so, do I change out the hubs?
